Our cohorts provide a systematic curriculum-based mentorship program for women in technology worldwide. Mentorship, we feel, is critical to increasing the number of women in technology. We've created a number of programs with an approach that caters to every woman's individual requirement, from choosing a professional path to unleashing talent potential. WE DISCOVER 1-1 MENTORING PROGRAM
The We-Discover 1-1 cohort is our largest mentorship cohort that provides the opportunity for wentees to have 1-1 individual sessions with our female tech wentors around the globe.
It is a 6-weeks mentorship cohort designed for entry-level women in technology or women with 0 to 2 years of experience in the industry.
During the cohort, they are guided professionally by female mentors across the technology industry and are also trained in soft skills such as personal branding, communication, impostor syndrome, storytelling presentation etc. relevant to their role in the industry amongst other things.
The We-Discover mentorship program launches annually to celebrate International Women’s Day.Our wentors are top-tier women with 5+ years of experience and a passion to see more women in the technology industry.
Objective: To unearth opportunities within the chosen field of technology, define career trajectory and identify knowledge gaps and growth areas.
Audience: Fresh Graduates, Women in early stages of their career, women seeking to switch industries.
How it Works:
6 individual sessions during 6 weeks for 1 hour/week
2-3 workshops on soft skills

WE DISCOVER TRIBE MENTORING PROGRAM
The We-Discover tribe cohort provides an opportunity for wentees to create diversity within a group and work towards creating a bond while building a network with our female tech wentors and other mentees within and outside their region.
It is a 4-weeks mentorship cohort designed for entry-level women in technology or women with 0 to 2 years of experience in the industry.
During the cohort, they are guided professionally by female mentors across the technology industry and are also trained in soft skills relevant to their role in the industry amongst other things.
The We-Discover Tribe mentorship program launches annually to accommodate women around the globe where our wentors creates a safe space for wentees to comfortably network, scale up and reach new heights in their career..
Our wentors are top-tier women with 5+ years of experience and a passion to see more women in the technology industry.
Objective: To unearth opportunities within the chosen field of technology, define career trajectory and identify knowledge gaps and growth areas
Audience: Fresh Graduates, Women in early stages of their career, women seeking to switch industries.
How it Works:
4 group sessions during 4 weeks for 2 hours/week
1 workshop on soft skills
Cross-cultural networking
Foster a life-long relationship
The We-Accelerate cohort is focused on women in mid-career roles or those seeking to transition into middle management roles. The mentorship is an intense 4-week program to cater professionally to all they’d need to successfully handle middle management responsibilities.
It is a cohort with a maximum capacity of 100 women in technology.
Objective: To ignite talent potential through a series of career defining activities (volunteering, branding, networking, negotiation, training)
Audience: Women in mid-career 2 to 4 years' work experience
Date: October – November
The We-Lead cohort is designed for women who are gunning for C-level or lead roles in an organization. It is specially crafted to nurture you to become an excellent leader in an organization. This also has a maximum capacity of 100 women in technology.
Objective: To ignite and wentor on how to be a great leader
Audience: Women aspiring to take on leadership or C-level Suite roles

The Wentors We Work program reiterates Wentors’ passion to see more women in technology. This time, as an outflow of our many mentorship cohorts, we are focusing on securing internship/job placements for women in technology across the world, however with a prime focus on Africa.
The We Work program is an internship/job placement initiative run by Wentors in collaboration with her partner communities. Having done a prototype of this project in 2022 and 2023 with Flapmax AI institute with an overall success rate of 80%, Wentors is deciding to implement the We Work project on a much larger scale. About the Program: The FoundHer program is a women-focused accelerator designed to empower women-led startups across the Middle East and Africa. Our mission is to provide comprehensive support, resources, and mentorship to help female entrepreneurs scale their businesses and make a lasting impact in their industries.
